The Arcade Supervisor supervises the daily operations of the Arcade building, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests while maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and product quality.Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
Guest Interaction : Provide friendly, courteous service to guests, management, and co-workers. Greet and acknowledge guests as they enter the arcade, build rapport by conversing with them, provide assistance as needed, and offer appropriate farewells.
Redemption Merchandise Management : Supervise all facets of service, display, and re-order of redemption merchandise. Ensure the productivity and display quality of the redemption merchandise location in accordance with revenue plans and department standards.
Game Oversight : Oversee the latest and greatest video and skill games, ensuring they are primed for play and operating at their best. Maintain an inventory of electronic treasures, mechanical wonders, and tools of the trade.
Technical Troubleshooting : Tackle the electronic realms of arcade games and IT systems like a digital superhero. Perform minor game surgeries, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electronic components to keep the arcade realm in tip-top shape.
Preventative Maintenance : Keep the arcade kingdom safe and sound with a vigilant eye for preventative maintenance.
Staff Supervision and Development : Lead and supervise a team of arcade employees, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure other staff members are focused on customer needs and department objectives through training and delegation of duties.
Inventory Management : Maintain inventory standards of the redemption merchandise by stocking, cleaning, conducting back stock, and performing inventory audits.
Training and Evaluation : Assist management in training new staff members within the department in accordance with company standards. Provide input on staff members’ performance evaluations and ensure accurate completion and adherence to staff schedules and break periods.
Communication : Maintain regular communication with staff members and management regarding the operations of the department
What We're Looking For:
-2 to 3 years of Arcade Game Technician experience. REQUIRED
-A passion for all things arcade – from retro classics to the latest tech wonders.
-Technical prowess to conquer electronic challenges and keep the games in their prime.

-Keen eyes for detail to spot wear-and-tear and report it to management.
