-Performs all automotive tire repairs, changes, balancing, rotations and TPMS procedures.  
-Will pay more with experience. Bonus if you have a State Inspection License.

Job Requirements: 


  • Reviews repair order requests and makes visual inspection of vehicles to determine the extent of tire service requirements and materials needed
  • Performs tire replacement or minor maintenance services 
  • Installs valve stem and tire-pressure monitoring system (TPMS) as required.  Mounts tire on wheel assembly and inflates tires as required
  • Test tire balances to ensure proper weight placement
  • Performs short road test to ensure proper installation
  • Complies with Company Quality Control Program, Company Safety Policy, OSHA and EPA regulations


Desired Qualifications: 
  • 2 years of tire technician experience 
  • Have knowledge of non-technical tire and auto service processes and procedures.  Knowledge of systems software pertaining to automotive servicing
  • North Carolina State inspection license 
  • Have a valid Drivers license
  • Be a team player and treat your coworkers and customers with respect
  • Preferred Experience:  
    • Familiarity with tire and lube requirements and specifications
  • Knowledge of tire requirements to include use of wheel balancers, tire specifications, Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems
