Four Hands is one of the largest home furnishing distributors in Austin, TX. We operate out of seven locations with nearly 1,000,000 sqft of warehouse space. A role in our distribution center means being in the heart of getting products to our customers as quickly as possible.

Shift time: 9am - 6pm
In This Role

• Load and unload containers and or trucks
• Handle finished materials and move them to appropriate storage areas within the warehouse
• Meet productivity requirements as needed
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
• Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team 
• Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
• Forklift operator experience/certification a plus
• Proficiency in metric reporting using Microsoft Excel, preferred
• Maintain an exceptionally clean and safe work environment
• Proficient in identifying items across various documentation, such as customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings
• Skilled in creative problem-solving techniques
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities
• Effectively manage ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand/lift for up to 8 hours
