Requirements:
  • EDUCATION: Graduate from an accredited bachelor’s level or higher physical therapy program.Eligible for licensure in the state of Michigan. 
  • EXPERIENCE: Successful completion of all field work placements. 
  • Demonstrated competency in physical therapy principles/techniques. Field experience in physical therapy. 
  • Michigan license
  • BLS (AHA)
  • NBRC
