Requirements:

  • The applicant must work well within a team
  • The applicant must be incredibly responsive both with our customers and with our internal team
  • The applicant must be customer service focused
  • The individual must possess strong written and verbal communications skills
  • The applicant must be detail oriented to ensure that we are providing the most accurate, compliant background checks  
  • The applicant should have a college degree or be working toward achieving this goal
  • The applicant must be able to work in an office in Calabasas, California 

Responsibilities:

  • Criminal search execution, including national, international, federal, state and county criminal searches, employment verifications, education verifications, credit checks, drug testing, and social media searches
  • Customer relationship management
  • Customer training and service support
  • Quality assurance
  • Report development
  • Background screening software
  • Industry research and business development
  • Background Check package pricing and proposal development
