Job Summary: As a Lead Automotive Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in identifying necessary vehicle service and performing repair, maintenance, and service work. This position offers tremendous growth potential and rewarding career opportunities.

Responsibilities:


  • Thoroughly examine customer vehicles to assess necessary repairs and maintenance, including drivability issues.
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair costs.
  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance, including air conditioning repairs.
  • Document all services performed accurately.
  • Request necessary parts to complete repairs.
  • Follow all safeguards, rules, and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
Desired Qualifications:


  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment, including wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic equipment, air conditioning equipment, etc.
  • Demonstrated motivation to learn and succeed in the automotive industry.
  • Hold a valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Preferred Experience:
     
    • Preferred certifications from UTI, NASCAR, or ASE.
    • Knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
