We are looking to hire a Frontline Floater who is outgoing, reliable, and coachable. In this role your schedule would be filling in open shifts in Housekeeping, Front Desk, Spa Reception, Pool Concierge, and Cafe.  This is an opportunity to build exceptional customer service skills in various departments of a high end health and wellness club.

Location: FFC West Loop

Typical Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Greet members by name and create a great first impression of the club
  • Check-in members and guests to the club
  • Act as liaison between current and prospective members and Membership Department
  • Answer incoming calls professionally 
  • Field all member questions, concerns, and complaints; Provide additional support to the Membership Experience Manager as needed
  • Perform opening and closing functions regarding the front desk
  • Take payment as needed and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of the shift
  • Attend all required department and club staff meetings
  • Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers
  • Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude in keeping with the company's Core Values of Friendliness, Superior Service, Integrity, Safety, and Improvement
  • Keep all areas of the club safe, clean and orderly at all times
  • Report all safety concerns, broken equipment and member concerns to your manager
  • Sort, launder, fold linens and towels
  • Sweep, scrub and sanitize all areas of the facility
  • Vacuum all carpeting
  • Wash walls, ceilings and woodwork.  Wash windows, door panels, sills, and water fountains
  • Empty wastebaskets and dust furniture
  • Transport trash and waste to disposal
  • Replenish bathroom supplies
  • Replace light bulbs
  • Be aware of information sheets on various activities
  • Responsible for control of cash handling at the register and ensuring proper items are rung in
  • Follows departmental procedures for safety, proper food handling, and sanitation according to local, state, and federal health code regulations
  • Prepares various food & juice bar goods following company recipes
  • Maintain constant communication with spa staff regarding appointment bookings
  • Book appointments and take payment upon completion of applicable service(s)
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance cash register at the close of each shift
  • Connect with clients via phone for reminder and confirmation calls
  • Serve as an expert on Recovery Lounge products and services
  • Educating clients on the Recovery Lounge services, including medical benefits and precautions
  • Respond to members’ questions and concerns as needed
  • Provide additional support to the other departments as needed
