Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer
Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, with no call or weekendsLength: 13 weeks
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience required
  • Vascular and Echo-Dual Certified
  • Must have RDCS/RCS and RVT
  • BLS
Other Details:
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs
  • First-time travelers accepted
  • Locals Accepted: (Y/N): Yes
  • Local Radius: 60 miles

Position: Vascular and Echo-Dual Certified4 Rooms/ 4 machines35-40 patients a dayGoal per tech is 8-10 scans a dayWill work Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with no call or weekendsWill clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
Years of experience required? 2+ years experience requiredREQUIRES DUAL CERTIFICATION - **must have RDCS/RCS and RVT**Required Certs: BLSFirst-time travelers accepted? YesRadiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers

Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs.Local Radius: 60 milesLocals Accepted: (Y/N): YesPending License accepted: No. Will not hire with pending license.Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
Orientation: held at main Hospital - MUSC Health Columbia Medical Center Downtown (2345 Forest Drive, Columbia, SC 29204). Will complete onboarding and fit testing at MUSC Health Columbia Medical Center Downtown
