JobDescription:

Join our team asaBlaster/Painter In this role youwill be responsible for preparing surfaces of metal or hardcomposition objects ensuring they are ready for painting. Your workwill include removing scale sand paint grease rust and dirt toachieve specifiedfinishes.

Responsibilities:

  • Abradesurfaces to remove adhering materials and impart specifiedfinishes.
  • Shovel or pour abrasives such as sandgrit or shot into the machine hopper.
  • Selectpremixed paints or mix required portions of pigment oil and othersubstances to prepare paint that matches specifiedcolors.
  • Prepare products for painting beforeand afterapplication.

Requirements:

  • Proficiencyin using a power spray gun.
  • Ability to pass aPulmonary Function Test (PFT) and be fitted to wear arespirator.
  • Physically active with the abilityto lift up to 50lbs.
