Full Time (36 patient contact hours/week) 4 days a week - 9 hours each day No call, 100% outpatient Busy, traditional Family Medicine practice with care of all ages Collaborative, positive and patient focused cultureRequirements
Masters prepared Family Medicine Practitioner or Physician Assistant 1+ years' experience as an advanced provider and certification preferred Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills Hard working, proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care Consistent and consecutive employment or training history IN License or eligible Committed to lifelong learning and open to change Demonstrated connection to our Values – Compassion, Excellence, Team and Purposesite location : 2600 Greenbush Street, Lafayette IN
