Retail Sales Associates are the cornerstone of the retail experience, serving as the face of the Blue Link Wireless and the AT&T brands. Blue Link Wireless AT&T Retail Wireless Sales Associate Benefits & Perks:

Wireless Retail Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers 
  • Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs. 
  • Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations 
  • Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals. 
  • Stay current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools. 
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment 
  • Attaining monthly goals and objectives 
  • Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate. 
  • Completing all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures 
  • Submitting all transaction journals daily 
  • Assisting with inventory maintenance 


Wireless Retail Sales Associate Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred but not required. 
  • Bilingual preferred but not required in some markets.
  • Competitive and eager to learn Sales Associates are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives 
  • Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology. 
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule.
