Introduction

Fives Landis Corp (CITCO Tools) is actively seeking a 1st and 2nd shift Manual Grinder & Operator to join its teams in Concord Twp., Ohio.   Conveniently located off Auburn Rd. and the intersection of Route 44 / Interstate 90.

POSITION

In this role, the Manual Grinder Operator will set-up, grind and inspect synthetic diamond material according to work details and precision tool design specifications. After grinding, each piece will be inspected visually and by using an optical comparator to ensure the quality of the tool meets the customer print.

YOUR ROLE:

Manually grind synthetic diamond material

Monitor machine performance

Inspect parts 

Verify the finished part to print the dimensions

Maintain safety, quality, and production requirements

EXPERIENCE

On-the-job training provided

Familiar with working in a production shop setting

Mathematically and mechanically inclined

Ability to work with small and tight tolerance parts

Manual dexterity is required for operating tools and equipment

Must be physically able to operate required equipment

Prolonged periods of standing required

Self-motivated

Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts

1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

2nd shift: 3:30 pm – 12:00 am

Some overtime available
