We are launching our new Surveying apprenticeship scheme and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Surveyor to join our fantastic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from seasoned professionals and develop a career in surveying. We currently have 2 positions based in either Durham or London. The Salary on offer starts at £23,000 per annum in the first year rising annually to £29,000 on the final year of the course. 

About the role: 

NHS Property Services are looking for a Level 6 apprentice surveyor to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start a career as a surveyor in commercial property/real estate. The apprenticeship will lead to becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

The successful apprentice will join the Advisory Services team and will spend time working with each of the main business functions. The primaryrole will be to work with colleagues to deliver key company objectives. In doing this, you will be involved in a variety of workstreams, including Landlord & Tenant, Leasing, Letting, Acquisitions, Disposals, & Planning and wider property management.

This is a 5-year commitment, and you will:

Have an agreed apprenticeship training plan. Work towards a BSc Real Estate and undertake all university requirements and submissions. This will be a distance learning degree with the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) and is fully funded by NHSPS. Work towards your apprenticeship qualification and Assessment of Professional Competence on the Commercial Real Estate Pathway.

What you will bring to the role:

Demonstrate an interest in property and real estate profession Good time management, organised and good planning skills GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4 or higher) GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4 or higher) A Level or equivalent (Grade 3 at grade CCC or higher) Must be expecting 96 UCAS points if currently in final year of A Level course
