ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION   

LNO is a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing a broad spectrum of services to federal government and commercial customers. The 255A instructor will be part of the full-time cadre responsible for instructing, updating instructional modules, coordinating work schedules, maintaining 255A classrooms/labs and restoring device baselines. All 255A Instructor(s) shall be resourced by the Contractor to instruct the required hours of educational material, lectures, demonstrations, research, and colloquiums to support 255A critical tasks and course curriculum as outlined in the current programs of instruction (POI).

 

DESCRIPTION:

  • WOBC instructor possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science/Technology, Computer Engineering or other relevant field, or a minimum of three (3) years’ experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory, Microsoft Server and services (Exchange, SQL, SharePoint), Scripting (PowerShell), storage area networks (NetApp) and enterprise configuration management (MECM).
  • Possess industry recognized certification such as Microsoft AZ-900, AZ-103, AZ-203, AZ-300, AZ-301.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively articulate curriculum to students in a manner resulting in shared understanding.
  • Be Instructor qualified: possess Common Faculty Developer-Instructor Course (CFD-IC) qualification; qualification must be less than five (5) years old. Contract instructors not properly CFD-IC qualified must successfully complete the course upon award of contract. All related cost for qualification shall be the responsibility of the vendor.
