Searcy Country Club, located in Searcy, Arkansas, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Pool Attendants. For more than 100 years, Searcy Country Club, the only private club in Searcy, Arkansas, has taken great pride in its family-friendly membership lifestyle, dining, and special events. In addition to its 18 hole golf course with new TifEagle greens, the members of Searcy enjoy a resort-style pool and an active tennis program. The club is currently undertaking capital improvements as part of a long range master plan. Generations of the Searcy community have enjoyed this community asset and will continue to do so long into the future.

Primary responsibilities include:

Greet all members and guests at sign in. Open, clean, and stock poolside cabanas. Maintain pool deck throughout the day. Monitor towel service. Maintain all locker rooms and make sure they are stocked with paper products throughout the day. Answer phones and retrieve voicemails. Track the sale of poolside merchandise. Assist Club management with all member events. Food and Beverage Sales and service to Members and Guests at the pool.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to:

Walk, sit, stand for long periods of time, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.

Be exposed to outside weather conditions including temperatures over 90 and below 40 degrees. Indoor conditions that may be very hot or cold. Work near: moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals. Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
