Responsibilities:
  • Input invoices into accounting system.
  • Assist in processing 2000+ invoices monthly.
  • Post daily bank deposits.
  • Handle billing discrepancies.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Aging reports.
  • Reconcile AR reports to the general ledger.
  • Month end closing duties.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience of full cycle accounts receivable 
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel) 
  • Minimum of 8,000+ ksph 
  • Experience working within a large ERP system
