Experience: A solid understanding of general vehicle maintenance and repair. The more experience you have, the more you will make Skills: Proficient in areas like alignments, oil changes, flushes, tire services, brake replacement, suspension repair, air conditioning systems, cooling systems, and exhaust systems. Attitude: A positive and team-oriented mindset. Certifications: ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
