Seneca Place and Asbury Heights, a leading provider of senior care services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Clinical Services (RDCS) to oversee clinical operations and ensure best practices across our facilities.

The Opportunity:

In this pivotal role, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the clinical excellence of Seneca Place and Asbury Heights. You will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge clinical programs throughout our facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing ongoing support and training for our Director of Nursing (DON) teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment, selection, and evaluation of DON candidates for Seneca Place and Asbury Heights.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to DONs on a range of topics, including OBRA regulations, Medicare guidelines, standards of nursing practice, conflict resolution, and staffing strategies.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of nursing management systems to ensure standardized and efficient operations.
  • Foster clear communication within facilities and with regional personnel, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Identify and address operational challenges and quality concerns within assigned facilities.
  • Analyze facility Quality and Acuity reports to identify trends and set priorities for improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs based on regional needs and identified areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate on pre-survey visits to ensure facilities are prepared for regulatory inspections.
  • Gain a strong working knowledge of managed care and subacute care models.
  • Develop expertise in the MDS computer program, including physician orders, MDS assessments, Resident Assessment Protocols (RAPs), care plans, and quality assurance data reporting.
  • Uphold company policies, including those related to harassment and complaint procedures.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with our Code of Conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in long-term care settings.
  • Prior experience overseeing clinical operations across multiple facilities is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and mentor others.
