SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow We have an immediate opening for a custodian that wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room)

Qualifications

Custodial experience is preferred but not required Passing a drug test and background check will be required Must be willing to drive PIV ( forklift, ride on scrubber etc.)

Shift: Evenings Monday to Friday 4:00pm - 12:30am



Compensation: $16.40 - $17.40 per hour
