Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate at Nibav Lifts Inc., you’ll be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products through our warehouse. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards in inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring every product meets our quality standards.
  • Inventory Control: Assist in the daily management of stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Support the unloading of incoming shipments and the preparation of outgoing deliveries, verifying all items against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following all company procedures and safety regulations.
  • Material Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move and organize products.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damages or defects during handling and packaging to ensure only top-quality items are sent to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic math and computer skills for inventory management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and embrace company procedures.
