Description

of Responsibilities Responsible for overall pricing support and has the ability to conduct accurate and independent analysis in a timely matter Understands statistics and mathematical metrics, in order to conduct elasticity analysis, value-drive analysis, profitability analysis, regression analysis, auditing analysis, and competitive analysis Supports the customer master data strategy by assisting in setting up and maintaining customer master data within the ERP system to ensure business requirements are achieved Understands and interprets the industry economics, applications, and Regal Rexnord products/value to the customer Provides analysis and technical support for pricing initiatives that include setting list prices, determine customer specific discounts and identify product conversion opportunities for the Coupling Division Responds to complex pricing inquiries and support the resolution of price discrepancies with minimal supervision Researches, prepares, and utilizes reports using data from SAP, Salesforce, and other computer systems Consolidates information into cohesive and understandable reports or other written form for use in management decision-making Recognizes business requirements in the context of BI and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights Builds visually appealing and interactive reports, dashboards, and other data models using Power BI Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Desired Characteristics

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Data Analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 3 years of related experience in data and/or pricing analytics Proven quantitative and analytical skills (analytical insight and good with figures & numbers) Strong business acumen and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to operate independently with broad general guidance against a framework of defined business objectives Must possess strong sense of accountability for sales and profitability Excellent automation knowledge, Excel skills, and ability to create and manipulate data to solve complex problems Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (including presentation-building) with diverse, cross-functional teams. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from all levels of the organization The ideal candidate is energetic, well organized, self-managed, commercially minded, flexible, team-oriented and possesses strong integrity and professionalism
