Position Summary
The Patient Support Representative provides patient access and registration services using exceptional custom service, communication and people skills. The Patient Support Representative performs multiple tasks in a busy atmosphere and follows all federal and state laws regarding the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) with special regards to patient privacy.Responsibilities
You will obtain necessary consents, signatures and documents from the patient and verify that the patient and insurance verification has been completed You will schedule patient appointments and collect any co-pays at the time of service You will identify any potential coverage issues or self-pay issues and engage the financial advocates when appropriate You will enter patient information and scan required documents in the computerized scheduling system You will monitor the order and cleanliness of the lobby and waiting areas to maintain customer safety in these areasRequirements

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $19.67 - $28.31 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
