  • Juris Doctor(J.D.) degree from an accredited lawschool
  • Active membership in the CaliforniaState Bar in good standing
  • Demonstratedexperience in civil litigation preferably within a law firmsetting
  • Strong legal research and writingskills with attention to detail
  • Exceptionalcommunication and advocacy skills both verbal andwritten

Responsibilities

  • Asan integral member of our Civil Litigation practice you will handlea broad spectrum of cases including contract disputes personalinjury claims employment matters and more
  • Frominception to resolution you will be responsible for conductinglegal research drafting pleadings and motions managing discoveryand representing clients in court
  • This roleoffers an excellent platform for professional growth as you willcollaborate closely with experienced partners and have theopportunity to take on challengingcases

PositionOverview:

As an integral member of our CivilLitigation practice you will handle a broad spectrum of casesincluding contract disputes personal injury claims employmentmatters and more. From inception to resolution you will beresponsible for conducting legal research drafting pleadings andmotions managing discovery and representing clients in court.
