PAVING FOREMAN

Our client, a long-standing and reputable asphalt paving company is seeking a skilled Asphalt Foreman to join their team. The Asphalt Foreman has a supervisory role to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the asphalt paving process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, and safely, and meet quality standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in asphalt paving.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and best construction practices.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
