Responsibilities
As a Project Manager , you are responsible for directing in-house crews and subcontractors. Also, they work directly with customers and are involved in bidding and billing projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.
The Project Manager provides project-related management for wireless construction projects across the North Carolina Turf market. Will be responsible for utilizing project management methodology to manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle, while being accountable for all aspects of each project's success. This position provides direct support to the planning and execution of the job including resolving issues, managing resources, coordinating internal cross-functional teams, interfacing with client representatives, overseeing project financials, and project deadlines. The Project Manager is also responsible for managing third party resources and overall project performance.
In addition, you will:
Manage and lead internal and external project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery. Report and communicate to the external customer(s) and internal management each day. Build processes and teams required to deliver all project requirements. Coordinate with the Project Construction Lead for timing, execution, and closeout of individual projects. Lead weekly meetings with the client and project team. Send crews to projects and direct them on the overall tasks needed to be completed. Bid and bill each project once complete. Approve timesheets and daily logs. Ensure the crew has the correct equipment needed for the project. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.Qualifications

You have 3 years of construction project experience. You have advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Intermediate experience in schedule management. Able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks. Possess good written and verbal communication skills. You have precise hand-eye coordination. Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships. Able to identify and distinguish colors. Able to read blueprints accurately. Able to communicate progress, highlight issues, and provide recommendations to senior leadership. Possess safety training and knowledge of OSHA requirements.Hard work pays off.
