            - Aneurysm Repairs, Thoracic, Abdominal, Arterial Bypass
            - Peripheral, Vascular Access Device
      • Endovascular:
            - Carotid Artery Stenting, Bypass Surgery, Femoral Popliteal Bypass
            - Aortofemoral Bypass Stenting, Endovenous Laser Therapy Treatment
            - Carotid Artery Stenting, Bypass Surgery, Femoral Popliteal Bypass, Aortofemoral Bypass
            - Stenting, Endovenous Laser Therapy Treatment
            - Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
      • Treatment of: Vascular Malformations, Median Arcuate Ligament, Nutcracker Syndromes
      • Endovascular Therapy: Peripheral Artery Disease, Gangrene of the limbs
• No of ORs: 6 Main, 2 CVT
      - Hybrid Room with 2 Cath Lab
• EMR: Epic
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active VA License
• BC/BE
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS
• Clean background
