Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties: 

  • Welcome new residents and their families, providing necessary information
  • Conduct rounds on each floor to address residents’ needs and concerns
  • Maintain a daily log, ensuring follow-up on raised questions or issues
  • Assist residents with the discharge process and conduct follow-ups
