Required Qualifications

Education:

Doctorate or equivalent with training in a population health field (e.g. nursing, medicine or public health; health related behavioral or social sciences).

Work Experience:

Demonstrable research focus in a population health domain. Articulated commitment to interdisciplinary, graduate teaching and mentoring in respective methods and areas of expertise. Potential for extramural funding via participation in recent grants and/or contracts, appropriate to rank. Record of scholarship in peer-reviewed publications, appropriate to rank.

Preferred Qualifications

Work Experience:

Evidence of principal investigator status. Evidence of effective teaching in courses related to the Department’s degree programs. ​Experience supervising and mentoring doctoral students.

Job Duties Outlined:

Maintain an ongoing program of research and training, with external funding, appropriate to expertise. Collaborate with other faculty members via interdisciplinary research teams. Teach and participate in graduate courses and curriculum development. Participate in the intellectual life of the Department and School of Medicine, e.g. faculty and departmental committees and activities. Provide other services to the school, university, profession, and community, as appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned by the Chair.

Comprehensive Benefits Package:
