In this position... 

Director, Compensation will provide guidance and advice regarding various compensation matters and programs, including compensation issues that arise within the business while ensuring compliance with relevant company HR policies, procedures, and programs. The role closely partners with senior HR leadership and operating partners to address complex Total Rewards issues and collaborates with various internal stakeholder groups. The role also designs effective communication and change management strategies for compensation programs and oversees their implementation within the business area of support. The role has expertise in risk management, designing compensation policies and standards in line with business priorities and competitive practice and regulatory compliance. The role has full management authority for staffing, performance, pay decisions, team development, and other personnel actions.


You'll have…

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience. Minimum 8 years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Total Rewards. Experience in a large, complex organization preferred Experience managing compensation programs for both tech and non-tech populations a plus
