Inteck is currently seeking experienced Healthland Healthcare Clinical Analyst for full time and contract positions throughout the US. Relocation is not necessary; however, extensive travel may be required.

Healthland Healthcare is REQUIRED for these positions.

We understand the need to grow and diversify your skills so you will potentially be assigned to a wide variety of projects including:

System Implementations
System Upgrades
Clinical Application Operational Assessment, Pre- and Post-Installation
User Training Projects
Simulation Testing
File/Dictionary Building and Conversions
Create or Modify Management and Ad-Hoc Reports
Provide Remote Support

Qualifications

Hands-on involvement in the design, implementation and/or support of Healthland products, primarily clinical applications
3 - 5 years experience working in a position of a health care provider, organization, vendor or another consulting firm is required; specifically with clinical applications, system implementations, system support, reporting, and related areas
Must possess the ability to understand the integration of applications and their impact on business process and operations. An understanding of Healthland dictionary build experience may be required for some assignments.
Proven experience as a clinical application analyst, manager, or in a support capacity.
Must be forward thinking, able to meet project deadlines, possess high level of energy with professional acumen, and be client service-oriented.
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills are required.
Ability to take initiative, advise clients on alternate methods of solving problems, or recommend specific solutions.
Creativity, excellent presentation and listening skills are an asset.
Must have the ability to anticipate problems and visualize solutions on a proactive basis.
Must be able to communicate effectively and work with all levels of client staff.

Typical Roles and Duties:
Engagement responsibilities may include involvement in pre-system selection assessments, clinical business process and workflow optimization, implementation of upgrades and related testing, and training client staff to improve utilization of existing systems.


Consult with client to identify needs and problem areas, determines scope of investigation required to obtain solution, and define solutions to be implemented. Solutions may include installation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in methods and practices, or redesign of products or services.

Responsible for maintaining high level of client satisfaction with performance, attitude, knowledge, skills, responsiveness and communication.

Prepares written deliverables for client and Inteck management as defined in project scope while complying with engagement standards, status report submission procedures, and deadlines.


Education:
Must have Bachelor’s Degree. Other appropriate certification desired.
