What you will work on:

General Maintenance Mechanic working in assigned area within the plant. 

Continuous Improvement – we couldn’t do it without your owner’s mindset, and all of the acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA and LEAN. 

Safety First – our values are important to us. Having a “safety first” approach is a key element for success. 

The ability to work a full shift, promptness and availability to work overtime as needed.

Work and perform according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position. 

Ability to work off-shift as required 

What you’ll bring:

High school graduate or equivalent

5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in the following areas: welding, millwright, pipe fitting, plumbing, mechanical print reading, hydraulics, blacksmith work, sheet metal

Hiring process will include hands-on testing to include welding/cutting, hydraulics, parts identification, machine alignment and minimizer
