Located in Oakdale, NY
A beautiful, privately owned skilled nursing facility located in Oakdale, NY is looking for a strong Housekeeping Director.
*SALARY- $80K-$90K (depending on experience)*
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility
- Assure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
- An adequate supply of laundry/linen is always on hand to meet the needs of the resident.
- Maintain the department for labor and supplies within budget guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Must have long term care experience
- Strong leadership skills in a healthcare setting
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Must have housekeeping/environmental services experience in long term care
- Strong housekeeping skills is a must
