Our Dairy & Frozen departments round out our customers' shopping experience by providing a wide variety of choices of refrigerated dairy and frozen items. Whether it's milk, eggs, yogurt, frozen entrees, vegetables, or ice cream, Dairy/Frozen is the place to find it. Dairy/Frozen Managers are responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the department. This includes:

Providing attentive and friendly customer service Fulfilling or overseeing weekly product orders Maintaining proper shelf/display conditions through cleaning, straightening, and rotating products Achieving financial goals such as sales, gross profit maximization, as well as minimization of shrink and supply expense Ensuring that the coolers, freezers and cases are at proper temperature and in working condition Completing all necessary paperwork relating to the department Selecting, training, developing and scheduling of Dairy/Frozen associates

Job Requirements

Successful Dairy/Frozen Manager candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age Previous department related experience Ability to maintain a friendly and courteous manner and promote sales through excellent customer service Excellent communication skills Night, weekend, and holiday availability Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions Basic computer skills
