Our Client is seeking a ScrumMaster to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will helptheir Agile Teams become more mature and efficient by using productmetrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure teamperformance. This role involves facilitating selfassessmentsconducting Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys and tracking thefrequency of releases.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Work with Agileteams to perform selfassessments and develop action plans forimprovements.
  • Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS)surveys to gauge team satisfaction and areas forgrowth.
  • Track and analyze the frequency ofproduct releases and other relevantmetrics.
  • Facilitate team meetings workshops andtraining sessions to promote Agile bestpractices.
  • Support the continuous improvementof Agile methodologies within theorganization.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach toScrum Masters Product Owners and teammembers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders toensure alignment of Agile practices with businessgoals.
  • Provide regular reports on teamperformance and progress towards goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master and/orProduct Owner.
  • Agile certification(s) such asCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) orequivalent.
  • Excellent facilitation andcommunication skills.
  • Strong analytical skillsand experience with performance metrics andKPIs.
  • Proven experience in coaching andmentoring teams.
  • Ability to conduct trainingsessions and workshops.
  • Strong organizationalskills with the ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities.
  • Familiarity with Agilemethodologies and frameworks (Scrum Kanbanetc.).

PreferredQualifications

  • Previous coaching experience in an Agileenvironment.
  • Advanced Agile certifications suchas Certified Agile Coach (ICPACC) orsimilar.
  • Experience with Agile tools such asJira Confluence or similar.
  • Background in theenergy sector or experience working with crossfunctionalengineering teams.
