Mitigation Crew Chief

We are looking for a dedicated, and self-sufficient individual who can provide field management for our emergency services department. You will be responsible for leading, managing and holding your team accountable to deliver on their goals. Responsibilities also include communication with the customer, developing strategies, and documenting the claim. We are looking for an individual who can handle the overall planning and technical direction of the project to achieve timely completion and profitability. Responsibilities: Ensuring the performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation services in accordance with Paul Davis and industry standards Focus and dedication to outstanding customer service Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule Maintain and foster positive relationships with property managers and adjusters  Manage direct reports and train new team members Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide a professional opinion Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in an effective and timely manner Benefits: Paid training industry certifications (we will pay for two certifications per year) Health, dental and vision insurance Paid holidays, sick and vacation days 401K and profit sharing plan Paid maternity and paternity leave Excellent culture and team Qualifications: IICRC certifications (at least WRT and ASD) are highly desired Able to lift over 75 LBS Physically fit for manual labor and able to wear a respirator Availability to work nights and weekends as needed Excellent customer service and management skills Proficient with technology  Ability to multi-task and prioritize Time management is essential
