Store - SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER CITY, LADiriger et encadrer une équipe d’encadreurs qui se concentre à créer des relations avec les clients tout en créant une solution d’encadrement pour leurs œuvres d’art. Encourager les ventes d’encadrement sur mesure. Aider les clients à créer des solutions d’encadrement mémorables pour leurs œuvres d’art.

Activités principales

Aider le directeur du magasin à gérer et à assurer le respect des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et des programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et règlements applicables, assurer la mise en pratique des politiques et des normes de l’entreprise et tenir l’équipe responsable des conditions du magasin et des résultats obtenus. Développer les comportements de vente de l’équipe et encadrer cette dernière. Diriger la livraison de solutions d’encadrement sur mesure de haute qualité pour nos clients à temps en planifiant la charge de travail avec le directeur du magasin. Atteindre les IRC, gérer les membres de l’équipe pour qu’ils atteignent les IRC liés à leur poste. Passer en revue les ventes et la charge de travail pour la production, créer des plans et prévoir du temps sur la surface de vente pour le réseautage. Gérer et exécuter les programmes de gestion des stocks au besoin. Gérer et exécuter les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité. Agir en tant que gérant en service (GES) Aider avec les entrevues, le processus d’intégration, l’encadrement, l’observation et la formation des nouveaux membres d’équipe, soutenir les activités de développement des talents, participer aux activités de gestion du rendement de l’équipe et utiliser les compétences de leadership pour assurer le développement personnel continu. Faire équipe avec les GES tous les jours pour discuter des attentes en ce qui a trait à l’encadrement et aux autres encadreurs. Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles, faire la promotion de l’engagement envers la vision et les valeurs de l’entreprise, projeter une image positive et servir de modèle pour les autres.  Participer aux processus de déchargement du camion et de stockage pour assurer que les normes des livraisons par camion sont suivies et que le budget est respecté. Suivre les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et les programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la sécurité de l’environnement. Accueillir les clients, les aider à trouver les produits et offrir des solutions. Aider avec les processus omnicanaux.

Environnement de travail

Environnement de magasin de vente au détail à prendre soin des clients; toutes les aires publiques sont climatisées; quelques entrepôts peuvent ne pas être climatisés; il se peut que du travail à l’extérieur vous soit assigné (recueillir les paniers de magasinage ou pendant le déchargement des camions), l’atelier d’encadrement comporte une machine de coupe du verre et une presse à chaud, les heures de travail comprennent les soirs, les fins de semaine et tôt le matin.
