Agir en tant que gérant en service (GES) Aider avec les entrevues, le processus d’intégration, l’encadrement, l’observation et la formation des nouveaux membres d’équipe, soutenir les activités de développement des talents, participer aux activités de gestion du rendement de l’équipe et utiliser les compétences de leadership pour assurer le développement personnel continu. Faire équipe avec les GES tous les jours pour discuter des attentes en ce qui a trait à l’encadrement et aux autres encadreurs. Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles, faire la promotion de l’engagement envers la vision et les valeurs de l’entreprise, projeter une image positive et servir de modèle pour les autres. Participer aux processus de déchargement du camion et de stockage pour assurer que les normes des livraisons par camion sont suivies et que le budget est respecté. Suivre les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et les programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la sécurité de l’environnement.
