Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an Administrative Specialist & HR Designee to join our team The Administrative Specialist / HR Designee will provide administrative support to the Branch Director and will serve as an extension of the corporate human resources department to provide key messaging to employees.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Branch Director Answer phone; screen calls, and route patient care calls appropriately. Serve as an extension of the corporate human resources department to provide key messaging to employees Process incoming and outgoing mail daily. Order medical supplies. Receive and process accounts payable. Maintain all worker profiles to be current and accurate within Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

Qualifications

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have demonstrated experience in the use of a computer, including typing and clerical skills. Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device. Six months of experience performing healthcare office functions is preferred. Experience working with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred. Previous experience working with an HRIS is preferred.
