I’m the owner of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Hand & Stone - Chesterfield. I am not a Massage Therapist, but have enjoyed the benefits of massage most of my life so I established this spa in 2020 to help people in our community improve their health and well-being at a reputable establishment. Four years later, we are doing well and clients love our spa. In fact, they love it so much, we need more Massage Therapist help So we are looking for a caring Licensed Massage Therapist that wants to work in and contribute to a positive, supporting environment. I, along with my Manager and staff treat every guest and employee with respect, and the positive atmosphere this approach creates is enjoyed by all. You also have the opportunity to grow and learn from the other Massage Therapists we have on staff.

Whether a guest comes in for pain relief or just needs a day to relax, we want everyone to leave our Spa feeling refreshed and revitalized. Company Benefits: $500 Signing Bonus   Competitive Salary - In addition of a base pay of $25-$30/hr not including tips, our massage Therapists earn as much as $60-$70/hr with upgrade commissions, membership commissions and tips Flexible Schedule - we welcome new graduates AND Therapists already working in the industry Career Development - we offer continuing education training (at no cost) to our team members. Employee Referral Bonus - Get paid for sharing your great experiences at Hand and Stone with your Therapist friends Job Responsibilities:  Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs. Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude. Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships. Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas. Maintain detailed treatment records Job Requirements:  Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations. Carry liability insurance. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff. Knowledge of Swedish Massage. Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue).
