Maintenance Generalist

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Generalist to join the Legacy at North Augusta. The main focus will be to perform journeyman level maintenance and repairs at our facility. This includes plumbing, electrical, heating, A/C, replacements, and installation. This role has a high level of resident interaction and daily positive impact. They also partner with other departments to insure a safe, healthy and pleasant environment.

This position is full time and the shifts will be monday through friday.

Salary range for this role is $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

You will need 4+ years of experience related to maintenance, boilers and HVAC equipment. You will also need knowledge of refrigeration, boilers, electrical and plumbing, local codes, ordinances, safety regulations and equipment maintenance. HVAC certification a plus.
