We’re on the hunt for an experienced Insurance Consultant to join our Drayton Insurance branch in Drayton, Norwich.

So, what does the role of an Insurance Consultant here involve?

You will be responsible for the effective client service within the Personal Lines team including the achievement of targets and provision of high levels of client service.

What you will do

Interact with insurance customers in a variety of different forms including telephone, email and meeting clients in the office.  Build and maintain effective insurer relationships Sell a variety of insurance products to customers and work towards key targets & objectives, set through regular annual & mid-term appraisals, along with monthly check-in reviews Process mid-term adjustments Resolve or progress complaints effectively as per the Drayton Insurance Services complaints procedure manual Clearly communicate a vision, provides direction and motivates others to achieve key business goals

What experience does our Insurance Consultant need?

No prior insurance experience needed

Sound knowledge of divisional processes and procedures and a background of effective administration and delegation Able to work within a fast paced, dynamic management structure Highly organised with attention to detail
