KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
Deliver Accounting Center solutions through design, configuration and testing phasesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Accounting Center processes and streamline workflowsDevelop and maintain effective documentation related to Workday Accounting Center configuration and designPerform Knowledge Transfer sessions and assist in training and onboarding client end-users on Accounting Center functionalityDevelop internal best practices with the Accounting Center team while actively staying up to date with Accounting Center releases and updatesManage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policiesQualifications:
Minimum eight years of Workday Implementation and upgrade experienceBachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university; advanced degree in finance, accounting, business information systems, CPA is a plusWorkday FINs certification and Workday Accounting Center Certification (Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that does not hold the aforementioned certification will be required to secure one within three months from the commencement of employment)Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a client facing business communications levelDetailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionalityTravel as neededApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
