Responsibilities include:

  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical support, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
  • Project Management: Plan and coordinate projects, including Capex and cost reduction, within deadlines and budgets.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks, ensure safety compliance, and manage FMEA and equipment planning.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality measures, support ISO-9001 compliance, and manage engineering processes.
  • Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for cost and process optimization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze production data, create dashboards, and report on efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Align engineering efforts with business goals through cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Production Support: Lead new part introductions and manage product data, tooling design, and fabrication.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead technical teams, foster development, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing engineering and 4 years in leadership with a proven track record of success. Experience in flexographic printing or digital front end prepress systems is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, and Apple Mac platform preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems required.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification and Project Management Certification are preferred.
    Experience supporting a Quality Management System business strategy and ISO Cert. preferred.
  • Competencies: Action-oriented, hands-on problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
