Job Summary

A-1 Industrial Supply is looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team  Specific duties include:

Entering data into inventory software to create invoices
Preparing and sending out invoices to customers.
Verifying the accuracy of invoices before sending them out
Reconciling discrepancies in invoices and receipts
Responding to customer inquiries regarding billing and invoicing
Accept customer payments
Following up with customers regarding overdue invoices
Respond to customer inquiries timely and professionally
Perform general office duties, including drafting communication, filing and file management

Qualifications: 
  • 2+ years of office and/or customer service experience 
  • Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Familiarity with computer programs and software such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Quickbooks
