Responsibilities

Set an example of professionalism through daily actions and appearance Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required Follows all safety and security procedures Is ethical and transparent in all leading operations Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Are team oriented, flexible and focused, and are eager to make money in a very busy dealership Must have a steady work history and be committed to starting a new career Strong business sense and industry expertise Possess competent computer and phone skills (Internet, Microsoft, Outlook, CRM, etc.) Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions and information Are willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Able to work independently with minimal supervision Highly motivated and willing to learn new skills Highly professional and dependable Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
