The Support Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support necessary for operations.

Responsibilities

1. Manages all phone communication inclusive of patients, families, staff, and referral sources. 2. Assists with patient/staff scheduling. 3. Enters all required data into EMR efficiently and accurately. 4. Assists with payroll processing and supply management. 5. Schedules meetings and other complete other assigned duties as requested. 6. Participates in staff meetings, in-service programs, and other meetings as requested. May be requested to serve on committees.
Qualifications

EDUCATION

High School graduate or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of two years experience in a healthcare environment.

LICENSURE

N/A

SPECIAL SKILLS

Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task. Knowledge of medical terminology helpful. Strong computer skills.

PHYSICAL DEMAND

Good eyesight; able to sit for long periods of time.


Additional Information

Scheduling and homecare experience preferred however not required.
