The General Manager has the following key responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

•Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to achieve the club's goals and objectives.
•Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and member satisfaction among all staff members.
•Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor department heads and staff to ensure high performance and professional development.

Operations Management:

•Oversee day-to-day operations of the club, including the hotel, restaurant, golf course, and additional facilities, to ensure seamless and efficient functioning.
•Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to maintain high-quality service and member satisfaction.
•Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed

Hospitality and Member Experience:

•Ensure exceptional hospitality and service standards are maintained throughout the club to exceed member expectations.
•Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance the member experience, including special events, recreational activities, and personalized services.
•Actively engage with members to solicit feedback, address concerns, and continuously improve services and amenities.

Facility Maintenance and Safety:

•Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of all club facilities and equipment, including the hotel, restaurant, clubhouse, and recreational areas.
•Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of members, guests, and staff.
•Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to address repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades as needed.

Qualifications:

 - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
 - Proven experience 5-7 years in a similar role within the hospitality or private club industry, with a focus on hotel, restaurant, and membership management.
 - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
 - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
 - Proficiency in club management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology platforms.
