Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Review incoming program reimbursement to ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain an updated knowledgebase of program regulations and requirements pertaining to reimbursements
• Communicate with staff, participants, families, and brokers for necessary budget clarification
• Verify reimbursements against budgets and determine fund availability
Education:
• College degree in accounting or related field is preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of higher education
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and database experience required
• Basic accounting and intermediate mathematics
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service and computer skills
• Ability to work independently with a diverse population and handle sensitive situations

• 37.5 hour work week, flexible work schedule menu to include the ability to work: a four-day work week, a four-day work week every other week, or a typical five-day work schedule.
