Qualifications:

• Self-starter who has the ability to work in a team
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Draft pleadings and other documents
• Minimum of 5 years of state and federal court cases

Responsibilities:

• Preparing routine or complex legal documents
• Reviewing, organizing, and summarizing reports and other case material
• Hearing and/or trial preparation
• Microsoft Office experience is REQUIRED
• TABS and Worldox experience IS A PLUS
