As a Project Supervisor with SERVPRO of Thomas, Colquitt & Grady Counties, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients In this role, you will oversee a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities Oversee operations of assigned construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work. Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc. Sourcing and ordering materials/supplies Recruiting of subcontractor base
Position Requirements High school diploma/GED Valid Driver's License Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability Professional Appearance  Effective written and oral communication Ability to work independently and as a team Dependable Compassionate Good Work Ethic Great Attitude Integrity
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing) Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Ability to work with/around cleaning agents Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Cleaning driving record
