 The Role: As a Press Operator Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced press operators, gaining hands-on experience and valuable skills in print production. From assisting with equipment setup to ensuring smooth work flow, you'll play a vital role in helping us meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist press operators in setting up and operating printing presses.
• Prepare materials and supplies for print runs, including loading paper and ink.
• Monitor print quality and assist in making adjustments as needed to maintain standards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and cleaning to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Support the team in meeting production targets and deadlines.
• Learn and develop new skills to advance within the company.

 Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts as needed.
